Gym changed ownership rules?

Hi there myself and my wife are members of virgin active in Belfast. However this month they have sold the gym to the new owner and name Bannatyne health and fitness (the franchise led by the dragons den guy).
Does this mean we can end our 12mth membership early? I don't see how the 12mth membership is still valid especially when we signed up for virgin active not Bannatyne.
Any ideas?

What do the t&c's of your membership say about it?0

Is there anything in the terms and conditions that might cover the scenario?
ETA. Snap! All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Are you looking for an excuse to cancel as I don't see the relevance of a change in ownership?
I doubt that such a change would justify cancellation so, as the others ask, what do the T&Cs say about cancellation generally?0
