"USE THEM BEFORE THE 31ST DECEMBER
We've noticed that you have quite a few loyalty points stored up on your account and thought we'd let you know that if you don't use them by 31/12/2017 then they will expire."
Received the above today - even though the points still show as valid until 31 December 2020 (and always have done).
Anyone else?

Funnily enough, I had them on a couple of old zero point accounts too. Maybe they emailed their entire database in error.0

same here, my entire family of 6 each had accounts, all with zero points. We stopped using them after the £1 fee was introduced. All 6 accounts received the same email saying

I think its a deliberate marketing exercise. to get people to log into their accounts to drum up some business.0
