First Time Buyer CCJ

Hi
My boyfriend and I are looking to buy his nana and Granada’s house. However he has a CCJ (which is satisfied) and no other debt. I have an excellent credit score and £800 on a credit card. Combined income of £40k.
How likely are we to get accepted for a mortgage? We have a 10% deposit and only need to borrow a relatively small amount (£67,500).
Thank you in advance.

When was the CCJ registered?
When was it satisfied?
How much was it for?

It’s 2 years old satisfied in September and original amount was for 751. For a contract with Orange.0

It can be placed, it is a little hit and miss as to whether it will be normal rates or not though.
It is probably one for a broker as it has only recently been satisfied and it is a fairly large amount.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. You may well get accepted, the issue will be that you'll inevitably be paying a higher rate-what can you afford? No free lunch, and no free laptop0

We have no other credit or debts apart from my credit card which isnt a problem so financially we don’t have many responsibilities.
We spoken to a mortgage advisor who is currently speaking with a few lenders to see what sort of deal we can get with the CCJ
