I would imagine that it could be because you posted the same post multiple times so it could be assumed that you are in some way linked to the blog or author.
Also a free kindle book isn’t a comp so would of been merged with all your other posts advertising the free book.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. I didn't see the post you put up so can't say why it may have been deleted (other than above) ... if it was a free eBook, there is a forum called Freebies ( which is here : http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=37), it would probably be better to post that in there if it's not an actual competition.
With the other forum, like the Freebie one you can post your post in any way you choose, but here on the competition forum there are a few rules / guidelines about how to post. There's all kinds of stuff in here : https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4896515
but the main thing people get wrong initially is the title of the post ... it should always follow the same format if it's a competition, ie :
E: 24/12 Win a Kindle and eBook (TW)
E: just means "Ending" so the E: 24/12 would mean it's a competition ending on the 24/12, then you just include the prize (Win a Kindle ...) and then you can add onto the end if you need TW (Twitter) or FB (Facebook) or whatever else.
You'll notice a lot at the moment starting with A: (instead of E: ), these are for the Christmas advent Competitions, these will start to dissapear over the next couple of weeks so for now I would probably just ignore that, you'll ge tthe hang of it soon enough.
Hope that makes sense for the future.0
