Well I've signed up so fingers crossed. This will be the second time I've tried so hope I get in. I'm always on the look out for their banners.
The banner said £3, but I thought that is was £4 with them.

Thanks ... I only had to refresh once and got the banner ... any extra money is a Godsend at the moment so hopefully they'll accept me

I signed up less than an hour ago so I assume it'd still be working now

Yeah there should be a rectangular advertising banner on the top right of the page. The advert will change each time you refresh the page.
