Remortgage - Suitable for high-street lenders?

Hi there,
My wife and I are in the process of remortgaging our house. Thanks to a simple mistake and some terrible luck, my wife has 3 missed payments on her credit file in April, May, June 2015 (1, 2, 1). The amount (a total of £40) never defaulted; it was paid off and the account was closed. However, since then we have been on an "adverse" credit mortgage.
We are looking to borrow roughly £246,000 at a LTV of 85%. We have a combined salary of £77,450. We have roughly £900 of credit card debt which could be paid off instantly (it's on 0% at the moment), no other debt, no dependents and are both employed full-time.
We have an appointment with a broker later this week, but I wanted to test the waters quickly and see what people think. Would we be suitable for a high-street bank (e.g. Santander, Natwest, etc.)? I realise we probably couldn't go to lenders such as HSBC or First Direct just yet.
Thanks in advance!
