Been doing Asda home delivery for my weekly grocery shop for years but never tried click and collect. Thought id give it a try for my Christmas grocery shop this year.
What id like to know is do they take payment on the day you collect it like they do when you get home delivery or do you pay for it when placing your order?
Cant find any info on this.

"3.3.7 We will debit the total value of Your checked out order once it has been Delivered or Collected."
https://groceries.asda.com/terms_and_conditions
While looking at these Ts&Cs I also noticed:
"3.3.1 The price of the item(s) You order will be the price on the Site at the time You place Your order or amend Your order. "
This is the first time I have seen this. I am sure the terms used to be that the price charged would be that applicable on the date of delivery/collection.0
