Ive just received my first delivery, it’s 4 x 4 meals for a ridiculous £7
It steps up in price sharply afterwards though! For 5 nights of 2 meals it’s nearly £50. I live alone, but leftovers could be lunches & the other two nights.
It’s roughly £5 a meal, which isn’t much more than a ready meal for one & less than a takeaway. Not sure if I’m going to continue.
Anyway it comes with nice recipe cards - anyone know where to get a folder that fits it?
Does anyone else subscribe?

I subscribed for a while before I got bored. They send out free folders to store your recipes in when you have ordered a few boxes.0

Stationary: Rather than the 'well known newsagents' type places that will have what you need at a price, a look around any bargain type shops should hopefully find you something suitable to put the cards/sheets in.
That's where I'd start anyway.

I was wondering if anyone had found any reasonably priced recipe card holders.0 -
We did the introductory offer - the food was nice and certainly easy to prepare, but there's no way we would have continued at full price, as if we had fifty quid a week to spend on food, I'd rather order an organic meat, fruit and veg box each week - and still not spend that much.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0

I did Gousto for a similar reason, good introductory price, but no way would I continue at full price - £50 would be a huge portion of my monthly food budget, nevermind just doing a few meals!
Maybe contact Hello Fresh and ask if you can purchase the binders separately - looks like they listed them to buy on their own on their US website, though out-of-stock now.0 -
I use HF intermittently - I'm on a legacy plan though which is slightly cheaper. I tend to use them for weeks when I know I won't be home enough to shop/plan, but still want to cook. As there is usually only one of me I then portion up the leftovers for when I need to survive on ready-made stuff. I find that their portion sizes are pretty generous so usually get 3-4 portions from each meal. I tend to supplement with veg as I find they aren't overly generous on veg.
I also use Abel & Cole recipe boxes, which are more flexible, and with their higher veg content tend to appeal to me rather more.0
