HSBC requesting a SAR?

Hello,
I'm looking to request a Subject Access Request from HSBC for an account that closed in Nov 2014.
I have done some browsing but can not find a specific address to send the letter - which i will be sending via recorded delivery.
I have also looked through some letter templates be can not find one for a 'current account'. Id like to be sure that I am requesting all the information and what is the best wording to be clear so I obtain this.
Can anyone point me in the right direct please.
