but i keep getting this message whenever i try to pay money in "Maximum number of transactions has been reached for the last 30 day period"
Hi,
Who do you get this message from ?
There are 6 easy ways to pay an Aqua credit card bill.
We’ve made it easy to pay your aqua credit card bill. Whether you want to pay in full each month or spread your repayments, you can choose from one of the following options:
1. By Direct Debit
We can take automatic payments by DIRECT DEBIT. We’ll take a minimum payment, full balance, a percentage of your balance or a set amount each month, whichever you prefer. For more details call 0333 220 2691. If you choose to pay by Direct Debit, the money will be taken from your bank account approximately 17 days after the date the statement was issued.
2. ONLINE
You can pay online through your own bank or on the aqua website www.aquacard.co.uk. Please allow at least 3 working days before the due date shown. We also accept payment using Faster Payment Service. If you cannot pay for any reason, please call us on 0333 220 2691 as early as possible and we will do what we can to help.
3. By POST
Complete the payment slip and send with a cheque in the envelope provided. Please ensure the cheque is made payable to the account holder, with the 16 digit credit card number included in the payee line. Under no circumstances should the cheque be made payable to the Bank as it may not be accepted. Please allow 7 working days for your payment to reach us.
4. By GIRO
Call into any bank in the UK displaying the Mastercard sign. Simply complete and hand in the Giro Credit Slip with the cheque (see section 2 above for guidance on how to complete the cheque) or cash. (Some banks may charge a fee.) Payments should be made at least 5 working days before the due date shown.
5. By STANDING ORDER
To set up a standing order please contact the bank where your current account is held, you’ll need to check that your payment will reach your account by the payment due date and make sure the amount covers the minimum payment (as this will vary). You need to provide your bank with the following details:
a.aqua Sort Code 30-00-00
b.aqua Account Number 00282448
c.Your reference number which is your 16 digit account number
