Just wondered if anyone has dealt with this company.
I ordered a bouquet yesterday evening for delivery on Weds 20th December, but have received an email this evening saying it is ready to be dispatched - so feeling very cross:mad:
The flowers looked lovely on the website, but obviously this is very strange. It said the flowers may be delivered a day either side of your chosen date, but to send them a week early is crazy. Would I be able to claim the money back through my credit card if they won't put it right?
