Really low wins?

I used to be a avid comper for over 8 years and won loads (Holidays, cash, Gadgets etc) and took a break last year due to a really bad time in my life. I started again and felt i was doing as much as I used to but the wins have been really far and few between and not as good quality. Ive entered so many through the advents and not had a sniff!! Is it more compers now? or not as many comps? Or am I doing something wrong. I've even gone to the extent of checking my phone number works and email lol. Anyone else feel the same?

More compers, prizes but not as good prizes as there used to be.
Lots of competitions have moved onto social media too, so lots of people entering.
This has been my worst year since I started five years ago.
