Pru compensation

Following my recent dealings with the Pru and been told at the last hurdle that i needed a FA even thou they told me prior i didnt, Today they comp me £50 and a apology. Even by their own admittance there is room for improvement in the call handlers dept. Ive seen posts prior from people getting the same comp certainly makes you wonder just what is going on in other depts within a company sat on billions of peoples money

I have battled with them for five months over promised final bonuses to my pension policy. Information from them is misleading, often false and often totally wrong. Today told there are no bonuses!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Over the 32 years of my policy it has not performed good enough!! The inference was this was my fault for not checking enough. Good luck to all.

Was it a plan that qualified for bonuses? They do have quite a lot of non-profit plans from before 1988.

Also, if the plan has guarantees on it, these usually have little or no bonus because the value is the in guarantee and not the fund value.
