12 days of Christmas Promotion Terms and Conditions


General conditions for participation
This Promotion will be governed by these terms and conditions. By means of their registration to enter this Promotion, entrants agree that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
This Promotion is one regional Promotion (organized by country by the local Dell entity) and is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 13 and over, Germany aged 16 and over, and metropolitan France aged 13 and over only excluding employees and immediate relatives of employees of the Organizer and/or the Administrator, their respective parent, subsidiaries or affiliated companies or any other person professionally connected with this Promotion. Parental consent is required for participants under 18 years of age.
Participation is permitted irrespective of purchase of a product/service. No purchase necessary.
Seven (7) Gleam entries in total per individual and per email address are permitted.
In case of non-compliance with any of these rules or any behavior that is considered defamatory, offensive or illegal the Organizer reserves the right to reject the entrant from the Promotion.
The Organizer takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
The Promotion is in no way organized, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Organizer and/or Administrator, and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with the Organizer and Administrator’s privacy policy. Facebook is completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Administrator and not to Facebook.
Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Any potential Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Promotion details:
The Promotion starts on 11th December 2017 at 10:00am GMT and closes at 11pm GMT on 22th December 2017.
The Promotion will consist of 11 daily prize draws, with a grand prize draw on the final day of the Promotion. To enter the Promotion, entrants will need to go to the gleam page: https://www.gleam.io and enter via the entry button within the applicable Promotion start and closing date. There are seven (7) ways to enter in total. One individual can use all seven (7) ways to enter. Entrants will be asked to provide their name and email address and sign in with one of the following: email, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Steam, Twitchtv, or Instagram (this data will only be used to contact entrants regarding their participation in the Promotion). On the same entry form, entrants will also be asked to follow certain Alienware channels and / or communicate about those channels. The entrant guarantees that all information given is accurate.
Entrants may only win one of the 12 prizes of the 12 Days of Christmas Calendar competition, excluding the final day's prize, the Alienware Aurora which is available to all entrants as a possible prize.


Selection of Winners and Prizes:
There will be one (1) Winner per region per day, a total of thirty six (36) Winners overall. The Winners of the Promotion will be randomly selected. The more entries one has, the more chance for them to be selected. Winners of a daily prize draw will be excluded from entering the remaining daily prize draws during the Promotion period, save that all previous winners will be entered into the grand prize draw on the final day of the Promotion.
The Winners will be announced on the Alienware UK, Alienware DE, and Alienware FR Facebook pages with first name and first capital of the surname no later than 28 days after the closing date of the Promotion. The Winners will also be informed that they have won by the Organizer or Administrator via email, using the email address they have provided.
The Winners may be requested to provide further personal data in order for the Organizer to contact them. In the event the e-mail is returned as undeliverable, or a Winner declines a Prize, the relevant entry will be disqualified, and a new Winner will be randomly chosen. The Organizer will fulfill shipment of the Prize and will contact the Winners to arrange an appropriate day and time for the delivery of the Prize within a time period determined by the Organizer.

No cash alternative. Prizes are not transferable.
