My 10 year fixed term ends in may 2019, if I have the funds available can I just pay off the remaining balance or do I need to get another mortgage.
Thanks in advance.

Depends on your deal. SVR = no ERC (most probably). Any other deal, it depends. Quickest to ask your bank.0
