R.o thanks very much for that, who where the brokers you used if you dont mind me asking, well i know a bounced dd is bad but the ones that bounced are like car tax something imthay shouldnt be too important to a lender (obviously important to me and did get paid) but for like of rent, credit card, car finance get paid on time every time, im actually in credit on rent and finance, maybe these could go in my favour if they ask for statements for these... i dont think this matters i think if they see a returned dd then there all as bad as each other, out broker is well aware of the statements, he has seen them and now he has forward them onto the underwriters

We havnt had any forms of the broker or the lender yet, he said today he is going to email us something to sign but its not come yet. We got our OIP very easy too and had a soft credit search which hopefully means out credit is good enough?? Im just 100% making sure i keep ontop of my DD through out the application. We should find out by next friday, hopefully we get approved and hopefully we do find out by next friday becasue if we dont its going to be playing on my mind all christmas

My partners wages are half of mine but her credit and spending habbits are great but shes doesnt have a flat to rent or bills to pay she just helps me out when i need
