Never used them, but I am surprised you are finding it difficult to find straight talking brokers.

The best brokers tend to be the small local firms that rely on local reputation and the adviser having only a handful of mortgages a week to process. The larger ones tend to be factory lines where they are straight on to the next one and the next one and can't give it the time that it may need if issues arrive.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
