Need Help, HMRC Demanding tax paid to Moonbeever

UPDATE: HMRC complaints department rang this morning. They told us that they have made a mistake! We don’t have to pay anything. They have offered us £20 compensation for the stress they caused and a further £15 for the cost of calling them. They also told us that we made an over payment in the 13/14 tax year but that is likely to go to the receiver? I’m not sure what that is to be honest, I can only assume they mean April and May of 2013 before we went bankrupt in June? Anyway, it’s all sorted now so thanks for all your help and advice.0
