yellow sticker bargains

just had to tell you.....just did a huge shop which would of cost £136...paid £28!!!! just love the yellow stickers!!!! dh, myself, 3 huge dogs, 21 chicken and 2 ducks will dine like kings!!! no waste in this house....just a freezer and fridge full to burst!! :)

    That's quite impressive. I've given up on them - far too much like a rugby scrum in my nearest store and I've decided that although I like a bargain I don't want to have to fight to get it.

    You did well to get those bargains. I missed out on Thursday. I came back after three days away, always pass the big T, but I was TOO EARLY for the final markdown. I always call in shops when passing, sometimes to check out the yellow stickers, sometimes just to pick up a few items to top up. It was 5.30pm, the man was putting the second YS on, and there was tons of stuff left over.

    I didn't fancy hanging around for another hour and a half for the final markdown, and didn't fancy going home and coming back out again. I wanted to get home and get some dinner.

    Never mind, there will be more next week.
