The price is actually £2.50 for 20 bags of Pukka Turmeric Gold, not 40 as you state. They are quite expensive but I have a friend who also says they work for her.

a spoon of tumeric in glass of milk also works for me.
cheaper option than teabags
you could add spoon of honey to make it taste better and easier to swallow.
you could use water instead of milk if you wish

Thank you, you are right. No wonder I’m getting through more boxes than I should be. They are regularly on offer at Holland and Barratt. Honestly though, I would pay £10 a box. And I’m saving money by not buying anywhere near the amount of Ibuprofen that I was.

Rabioliones - that’s a good idea. But I don’t have anything in mine. I don’t find the taste unpleasant; a bit bland really.
