I'm still having problems trying to enter their comps this week. It shows that I haven't entered any comps although I've entered previous ones. When I try to enter it tells me to log in even though I am & when I try to log out it won't let me. When I go to my account it tells me there's a technical error. Liz, sorry to say it, but it all seems fine for me. It shows the comps I've entered and those I haven't. I didn't have to log in again. I'm using Chrome, in case that makes any difference. Hope you get it sorted.

Mine started doing this too.
I tracked it down to a cookies problem. To fix it, you need to delete your cookies for the vouchercloud site.
To do this in Chrome:
- click on the 3 dots on the top right to get into settings
- scroll down & click on Advanced
- in the Privacy & Security section, click on Content Settings, then Cookies
- click on See all cookies and site data
- type vouchercloud in search cookies and hit enter (this was very slow when I did it)
- when the vouchercloud entries eventually appear, you can delete them
After this, when I reloaded the vouchercloud page I could log in correctly.
