Transfer mortgage to another person

Hi,

Due to recent financial issues and debts being repaired back to creditors on small amounts from advice from step change can we transfer the mortgage and house to someone else without exchanging monies?

    Doesn't stop your creditors contesting the transaction and recovering their money. Along with you incurring sizable legal costs to pay.
