How long does it take from mortgage offer to completed?

We are buying a new build and have until 18th December to exchange & complete.
We are FTB so not in a chain. Nationwide are being slow and we should have out mortgage offer anyday. If worst case we dont get it until Friday late afternoon the solictors wont get it until Monday, can it all be completed/exchanged in 6 working days?

It depends on your builder too, we require a 2 week notice period once you have exchanged contracts, I'm assuming the house is build complete?0

And that 18th will actually be a buffer for the 22nd which will be the last day of the half financial year, who is your developer?0
