Can you cut it (Brian Etherington’s Meat Co.): This prize is for 1 full day butchery course – either, lamb, beef or pork and sausage making. Participant must be over 18years old. By entering this prize draw, you are agreeing for your personally identifiable information to be used by The Brian Etherington Meat Company who may use it to provide you with ongoing information about their products and services. Bring your body into balance (Bowen Technique): The winner is entitled to a full consultation and three Bowen therapy sessions at the Bowen technique in Truro with Julia Jennings. This offer must be used within six months of the winning date and the sessions to be used at the suggested weekly intervals to allow the body to reset, repair, realign and find its balance.

Be at your best (Helen Clare Yoga): The one to one sessions will be arranged for mutually convenient times, either in person in St Agnes, or via an online system. No cash alternative. Prize must be claimed within 6 months of the competition. Yoga is no substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment; yoga practice and/or specific poses are not recommended for individuals with certain conditions (e.g., cardiac illness, later stages of pregnancy, post-surgery); the student/ winner assumes the risk of yoga practice and releases the teacher from any liability claims.

Catch of the day (Philleigh Way Cookery School): Any dietary requirements must be mentioned at the time of booking. Once booked, no date change will be offered. Prize must be taken during 2018. Age restrictions apply.

Family fit (St Michaels Hotel & Spa): Family guest pass includes 2 adults and 2 children full access to the St Michaels Health Club for one day. Valid for entry Monday-Fridays 10am-12pm and 3pm-6pm, and Saturday-Sundays 9am-12pm and 3pm-6pm.
