Pilates DVD

Can anyone suggest a DVD to practice pilates at home for a complete beginner?
This is the best I could find on Amazon

    She has got a lot of DVDs and books on Amazon.

    I am assuming that you have been to a few classes?
    One of our local teachers does introductory 6 week course. After that you know the basics and can join classes taken by others.....
    Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

  • I bought APPI Pilates for lower back pain dvd. This was recommended by Physio at hospital after completing a 6 week back pain course with them. It is perfect for beginners and also gives you options to try to make the exercises harder if you want to.
