OVERTIME PAY with salary scarifice

i have a salary sacrifice pension. should my overtime be paid at my gross income or at income less sacrifice. if its the latter where does the excess go-is the firm making off my o/t??

    Depends on your contract - In many cases your "pre-sacrifice" salary is used to calculate stuff like overtime but it's not a (legal) requirement.

    If they are using the lower rate they may be making pension contributions on it, otherwise they are pocketting the diference, in which case you need to decide if the advantages of salary sacrafice are worth the costs
