Woolwich BBBR + 0.17% Term Tracker - Offer Removed

Hi All,
I applied over the phone for this mortgage (Woolwich BBBR + 0.17% Term Tracker) but as a new customer i had to prove ID at a local branch. This took a few days and due to the postage strike it won't have been received by them before the offer was removed off their website.
Will they honour the rate i selected and is stated in the KFI?
I Hope so. Has anyone else had this problem with the mortgage?
Someone mentioned that C and G do the same offer through a broker - is this still available if Woolwich don't honour it?
Hope someone can help.
Robbie

C&G aren't connected with Woolwich, so probably.
If your application was in progress and they were just waiting for ID, I would suggest they'll hold the product for you.0 -
I work for them and if you applied via the call centres in Leeds and Cardiff, they have a deadline about a wk after the product is withdrawn. Unfortunately, unless the application is already with the Mortgage Processing Centre when the rate is withdrawn which it probably wasn't if you needed ID&V, you may not get the rate. There are times when parenthood seems nothing but feeding the mouth that bites you Peter De VriesDebt free by 40 (27/11/2016)0

I know it won't help on this occasion, but if you had went through a broker they would have taken your ID and reserved the rate so you wouldn't have missed out.0

Point noted RE:Brokers.
I rang Woolich(Barclays) today and was told they will honour all applications received by Friday of this week. Hope this helps someone else.0
