    check local paper, free ads, gumtree, (ebay even!), supermarket ads etc, always seem to be people selling them up here.


    edit - Just looked and yellow pages H&I has a section just for railway sleepers! they list-

    Try 'Castaway' in Larbert near Falkirk,last time I was in a few months ago im sure I seen some lying about. Maybe worth a try
