"Subway" style honey/oat bread

I'm experimenting with my breadmaker tonight; trying to make bread that tastes like the Subway's honey & oat bread.

I'm not very hopeful (anyone who remembers my "pork smells like poo" thread will know I am not a gifted cook). I've amalgamated two recipes from different books (because one had honey and one had oats). Even if this loaf turns out nice, I will have no idea how to make it again as I just flung stuff in. :rolleyes:

So - anyone has a reliable recipe for honey & oat bread, I'd be grateful.

I prefer recipes which measure in cups rather than weight, so that looks ideal. I'll give that a bash tomorrow.
