Hi - not sorry I’m not sure how I gave that impression but I apologise.
I am borrowing an amount of money that will allow me to clear the more pressing things (balance on CC, short term loan paid off, another small loan paid off and CCJ) and the rest I have payments plans in place. All I was saying is that the CCJ can be settled with less money I would be able to pay off one of the ones I have a plan in place for and some one off payments on the others to reduce the balance.0 -
Ah when I stated not showing on my credit report I was referring to the original default that I have the CCJ for0
