Hello,
I have just got made redundant/had to leave work and was going to apply for universal credit. Unfortunately just before applying for the UC i got injured at the gym (tied to bed, cant do much, sitting alone gets me tired and it hurts!). What financial support can i get considering I can't really do any work at the moment (for 3 weeks at least, according to Doctor) and all I can do is just Rest? Thanks.

I have a doctor note that gives me 3 weeks excuse from engaging any work0

Just apply for universal credit as normal and you can add the sick note in the online account.0
