I am currently a supervisor in retail, and am considering stepping down to sales assistant after Christmas.

Has anyone done this before and di your work give you any hassle for it?

    Well you can't just choose to drop back, if your employer doesn't have a role or someone suitable they can refuse your request.
    Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked
