Hi! Have not come across anyone using silk flowers recently in weddings I've been to / seen pictures of etc
Was just looking round a few websites to see and came across this

have any brides gone for silk? I'm just thinking about how it'd be nice to keep the flowers rather them dying after spending all that money!!
your help and opionions and experiences apprecited

have you used them personally? they look amazing in the pics, hard to tell what they'd be like in real life!
the more I think about silk, the more I think "real "flowers would be much nicer? maybe I could compromise and have real buttonholes and my flowers, but the decorated flowers for the room (civil ceremony in a stately house) artificial? Having said that, I think a few lilies in a vase dotted around would suit the venue so maybe I needn't spend all that much on the flowers.

Hi there,
Just to say that I've used Sarah's Flowers and I was really impressed with them. The flowers are beautiful and look so realistic, I think you can only tell that they're not by touching them. They made them exactly to my specifications and the delivery time was very reasonable. It cost about £110 including delivery for my bouquet, a mini bouquet for my 2 year old daughter (my flower girl), groom's fancy buttonhole, 2 corsages for the mums and 40 buttonholes for the guests.
