Celebrating Basquiat's birthday
Jean-Michel Basquiat was one of the most significant artists of the 20th century. He was born on 22 December 1960 in Brooklyn, to a Haitian father and a Puerto Richan mother.

Today, we look back at Basquiat's 25th birthday party invitation, which he designed back in 1985 with his friend Eric Goode. The party was held on 19 December 1985.
