I have a tin of this, and I just sliced it up into 5 chunks to fry up and make into a sandwich, but thought 'hang on'.
Is there anything really good I can do with it?
I do love it btw, and I do realise what it is
What do you lot recommend, or should I stick with the yummy sandiwch!?

Cannot stand the stuff myself. You could try taramasalata which is the only thing I will knowingly eat that contains it.

Hi Graham,
I can't say it appeals to me but some people seem to like it battered and fried _pale_

That Tarmasalamata....tarramasla...Tarramsla. Yer, sounds a bit complicated for me
As for the deep fried, thats how I have it from the chippy. Got no batter, and no deep fryer.
Maybe just fry it up afterall and stick it on a bed of bread
It really is lovely stuff tho0
