Freeholder demanding additional service-charge payment due to an error

Hello community :T
The freeholder (MHS) of my mortgaged property is requesting additional service-charge payments. They allegedly under claimed on my charges due to a glitch in their 'system'. The letter does not contain information about the amount due or a breakdown of these outstanding charges. I have written to them requesting this information, for starters.
I am happy to pay any amount that I owe. However, in the event I miss something in my approach, I have attached the letter and service-charge documents (link below) for the communities advice and consideration.

Downloading and extracting a 20MB .rar file to find out more isn't exactly enticing!
Also you might want to move this to the House-Buying board, as it isn't really anything to do with your mortgage.0 -
I would warn anyone against opening this...highly suspicious to have a new user posting what could be anything...0
