Who uses Tesco home shopping for groceries?

Not sure whats happened Tesco. I complained a week ago about an incident where bleach had spilled from delivery basket and a child I look after got clothes ruined, they have not acknowledged my email, which to be fair isnt like them at all.
On a positive I got a Christmas present with my delivery yesterday - wee red box with small bottle fizzy water, kinder egg, cookies and chocolate lolly.
Gosh , that sounds like it could have been very nasty - did the child get any on their skin ?
I'd try phoning them - always found them better on the phone than through email (could also offer to send them a photo of the spoilt clothes).
Let us know how you get on.0 -
I think it's time to ditch Tesco.0

I used Tesco's Delivery Saver for groceries regularly (weekly) for five and a half years until a few months ago when I had to make a complaint about one of their delivery drivers who kept kicking and banging my door and who I'd asked to stop doing it and use my door bell instead as he was damaging my door. I took photographic evidence of it to share with Tesco's online.
He kept doing it and started threatening me for complaining about him and demanded an apology.
The new delivery manager at the store put it down to being a personality clash and said that he was a good driver.
I cancelled my Delivery Saver and got refunded the whole year's subscription to it which I'd paid up front. And a complaint was made against the store.
I'd always been happy with the service until then.0 -
I always use Tesco for home shopping and was not happy with the new website at first. I'm getting used to finding my way around now but I hate the fact that I can only view 24 items per page, where it used to be able to increase to 40. Also when viewing the special offers it is also just 24 items per page so I am constantly reloading where it used to be 200 items and was easier and faster to scroll through. In addition there is no zoom facility to get a better look at the item being offered as I only have a small screen laptop. I have filled in questionnaires about the new site but nothing has changed.
The drivers are always lovely and helpful to me, and so polite and friendly so I'll stick with Tesco but a lot of regular items are also very often not available, but maybe that's just demand at Christmas time.0 -

I find a lot of items showing up as not available but only to find that they are actually piled high within the store - must be some glitch in system.0 -

I've had this for many months now, it's extremely annoying. Moaning and complaining doesn't achieve anything either. When a company stops listening to their customers it's time to move on.0
