Mortgage Protection Insurance For 2 ?

Just wondered if anybody knew if you'd be able to take out 2 mortgage protection policies ? It only gives the option to input 1 salary and job details, not giving the option of adding a joint policy holder or any alternative.

Only worry is that I put the insurance under 1 persons name and the other gets made redundant and the policy won;t pay out.

Any ideas or alternatives ?

    I do not do massive amounts of MPPI/ASU but I believe some insurers will do a joint policy where you can split the cover but most will only do a single persons policy so you would effectively need 2 policies.
