    The only thing that worked for me was logging out then back in again - trying incognito or edge and logging in fresh did not work I had to log out of Chrome (the browser that was remembering me) first.

    I had exactly the same problem. What worked for me (as someone kindly advised) was to fill in the form, tick the box at the bottom, then click back into the box with my surname (at the end) and press carriage return. I now don't have a problem ...

    Won't submit for me in Chrome or IE, but works fine on my iPhone, so I've been using that

    Thanks, that worked for me too! How simple! Just a shame I missed the first few draws that are now closed, as couldn't get it to submit. But at least I know what to do now! Thank you.
