Hi all

I have just got a new address of Defendant after I sent application for a Third party debt order days ago.
I need to inform court about defendant's new address . How can I do it ?
Can I send by email or by post with a letter ? which is the best way to notify court ? .
please advise

  • No I ddnt ask court yet. Shoud I call and ask befor I send new address ?
