Hiya,
I've got the Virgin PrePaid Mastercard.
No reload fee's and a transaction fee of 2.95%.
They also offer you 10% discount if you spend with the card at virgin companies including Virgin Megastores (which was a selling point to me)

I saw a new merchant on Quidco the other day:

Might be a good idea for anyone looking for a debit card who can't get a normal one through the bank, as unlike the prepay credit cards, it doesn't seem to charge any transaction fees, just a fee for getting the card (think it was £10?) and a few of the additional services.
Although it is a debit rather than credit card, apart from those few instances where you need a credit card (car hire, hotel reservations , overseas transactions etc), because it is pre-pay then there doesn't seem to be much difference, except that it is cheaper!
Sorry, don't know much about pre-pay as all mine are hideously in debt, but thought it might help anyone considering it!
And don't forget to sign up through Quidco - £5 cashback!0 -
I registered for accepting payments from credEcard on my online auctions and I know they offer a pre-paid card as well. I don't think you even need a bank account for this one, just top it up at the PayPoint signs. I've had no problems with them at all and am grateful I found them. It's opened up my online auctions to lpads more people who wouldn't otherwise be able to take the opportunity to grab online auction bargains
I reserve the right not to spend.
