Sorry I haven't been in for a while. Another spendy busy month but managed to make some savings.

Not sure if I can add this first item. We are having a new kitchen but decided to keep our hob and oven. The hob is in good nick but the knobs are worn, and one is broken. There are five knobs. To buy new knobs. The cheapest new direct replacements we found were on ebxy at £13.49 for one and a pack of 4 an amazxn for £15.99. This comes to a total for 5 plastic knobs for £29.38. Anyway. Bought a whole hob for a fiver on ebay and got new metalwork as well. A saving of £24.38.
