1. The prize draw is open to people in the UK aged over 18, except employees of Aimia Coalition Loyalty UK Ltd or anyone else connected with the promotion.

2. There are 24 prizes, one prize a day, from 1 – 24 December 2017. The prizes are Nectar points, and on some days there are also products from our online partners to be won. Prizes range in value from between £50 - £229, or between 200,000 and 400,000 Nectar points.

3. To enter, visit https://www.nectar.com/santas-secret and follow the instructions. Every day there will be a new chance to enter the prize draw, along with a new prize on offer.

4. Prize winners will be chosen at random from valid entries. Winners will be notified by email and asked to confirm their name and Nectar card number (please note these details will not be used to update any details held on nectar.com), and announced on social media within 5 working days of the day of entry. You will be eligible to win on each day that you submit a valid entry. You can only enter once a day.

5. Contact details (name and email address) of the product prize partners will be shared with the winners and the winners will need to contact the partner directly to arrange the fulfilment of their prize. The partner prizes will be fulfilled within 28 working days of the winner contacting the partner.

6. The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable.

7. This competition is in no way endorsed or affiliated with any of the online partner brands featured in the advent calendar. The brands have approved this promotion.

8. Winners must be prepared to take part in all publicity related to the promotion for no additional remuneration. Each winner’s name will appear on the Nectar social channels.

9. There is no cash or alternative to the prizes stated, and the prizes are non-transferable.
