    1) If you tell us what the email said then we might be able to comment, but at the moment we'd be guessing.


    2) Can't see any issue, unless they have said that they want you to work on days that don't suit you, and even then your only response might be to resign.


    3) Was your pay already above NLW but has increased by the same amount that it increased? If so that's good, they didn't have to do it. But obviously somebody in the organisation decided it was the right thing to do, so why worry what anyone else thinks.


    I think the answer to your final question is probably Yes.

    It's a yes. Although temp work through agencies is quite soulless.

    They pay, btw, would probably have been increased by the agency you are working for as they are technically employing you.
