Conditional job offer and flagged up sickness

Hi All,
I am new here and stumbled across the site while googling an answer to my question!
I have been offered a job with the NHS I have provided all evidence they required and believed everything was okay, I have handed my notice in at my previous employer after been given a provisional start date.
They have now back tracked and said some periods of absence have flagged up that they need to discuss.
I worked for the same trust in 2015 which at the latter end I was off for approx 1 month with anxiety/panic attacks the following month I handed in my notice and left the post.
My most recent employer I had 6 days of ill between May 2016 - Jan 2017 due to just having a rubbish time in pregnancy.
I have advised I am happy to discuss this with them and help anyway I can. My concern is will they revoke the offer due to this?
I asked whether that would make any difference to me being given the job and she advised it "is a formality" but she doesn't make the decision.
I really really want this job and would hate to think I'm looking at it being took away.
Does anyone have experience of this?
Any advice would be really appreciated.

A job offer can be withdrawn at any time. A bit late for you, but it's never a good idea to hand in your notice until a firm job offer and start date are received.
If those are your only periods of sickness I'd be surprised if they made any difference to the job offer.

I'd not be so sure. OP worked for the same trust as the new job. One month off sick and then handed in notice immediately. That's making my brain all questions. And they already know the answers! OP - why were you sick and why did you resign.
