Hi All
so I am in a position now where i am able to put more money towards paying off my aqua credit card
Im wondering if i call them and tell them this would they be able to freeze the interest in order to get the debt cleared sooner?
or would i be better telling the im struggling and can they freeze it?
thanks

Hi,
Informing a creditor you have more money available to repay your debts with, then asking them for an interest freeze, is likely to get a frosty response to be honest.
Creditors will only consider requests to freeze interest if you are in financial difficulty, and are struggling to make the minimum repayments.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
