Trust Deeds

Hi, this is my first time posting and i hope someone can help. I am asking for a friend, she has a trust deed in place and is about to be made redundant. She will get a redundancy payment and also 12 weeks leui of notice. What she wants to know is will the trust deed take all her redundancy money and what about the 12 weeks leui of notice money? She also has the trust deed insured. I hope someone can help, thanks in advance.janice

I took a look on google and found this link

if there is an agreement in place then I would assume the agreement would continue until the end of the agreed term.

the friend I would say should be using the redundancy money and lieu of notice payment to support herself until she gets another job and should continue to pay the agreed amount as usual.
