Just recenlty been discharged last week, and me and my fiance are wanting to get a 100% mortgage.

Do we stand a chance?

    Sounds like you haven't learned the lessons from your bankruptcy - don't take on more debt than you can afford.

    Wait till you have save up for a deposit and then start looking.

    sound the same as my inlaws. hell of acredit score, bankrupt 5 years ago and apparantely have had the go ahead for a mortgage of £120K . Think she is telling porkies.

    I would very much doubt if any lender would consider you for a 100% mortgage. If any did, the rate would likely be astronomical.

    Improve your credit score and save for a deposit.
    In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:

    The only chance you would have is for your fiance to get it in just her name, there isn't any hope of getting one with you on the application.

    Obviously her getting one alone would be dependent on many factors (her own credit, income, debts etc) though.
