Just recenlty been discharged last week, and me and my fiance are wanting to get a 100% mortgage.

I very much doubt it, unless you want to pay 10%0

Sounds like you haven't learned the lessons from your bankruptcy - don't take on more debt than you can afford.
Wait till you have save up for a deposit and then start looking.poppy100 -
no chance I'm afraid - poppy's advice is spot on - save a depositI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.This signature is here as I follow MSE's Mortgage Adviser code of conduct. I would very much doubt if any lender would consider you for a 100% mortgage. If any did, the rate would likely be astronomical.
Improve your credit score and save for a deposit. In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0 -
The only chance you would have is for your fiance to get it in just her name, there isn't any hope of getting one with you on the application.
Obviously her getting one alone would be dependent on many factors (her own credit, income, debts etc) though.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
