in Shop but don't drop
I purchased an item yesterday on Amazon and signed up for prime it said I would get it today 24th Nov by 8pm most of the day went and when I checked online it said the same but it hadn't been dispatched then at 3.30 it said dispatched delivery Monday

I thought this was guaranteed next day

What should I do?

    Prime delivery is not guaranteed.

    However if you moan they may give you an extra day's prime for free.

    The guaranteed deliverys cost money.
