Retro games

Hi, my hubby wants to get hold of some old retro games to play.

Sid meire's civilization III
Hero's of might and magic III
And gazillionaire

I've seen a couple of them on steam but they seem to run on windows 8 or XP. We are planning on getting a laptop (currently do have a windows 10 pc) for this so we could look at a refurb.
However I've seen this site:

which do seem to do them for windows 10 but I've no idea how legit it is.

Any advice or other possible options would be much appreciated.

Both run on my windows 10 PC.

Never heard of the bottom one so grab that on Steam if they do it?

GOG.com all day long. They provided a fully patched version of older games and they're dead cheap.
